KEITH NUTHALLTHE EFFICIENCY of a combined heat and power plant in Poznan, one of Poland's largest companies, should receive a boost when it is privatised this year. France's Dalkia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) are buying an 85% stake in the plant operator Zespol Elektrocieplowni Poznan (ZEC) for Euro 74 million via their jointly-owned subsidiaries Dalkia Termika and PEC Poznan.
