BY PHILIP FINE THREE potentially expensive class-action lawsuits have been filed against large US grocery chains, Kroger, Safeway and Albertsons over the colour of their salmon. The lawsuits, filed in King County Superior Court in Seattle, Washington state, on behalf of shoppers seeks a court order requiring the chains to inform shoppers that the farmed salmon they sell has been dyed pink.
