THE SOUTH African national oil and gas agency, PetroSA, its PetroWorld joint-venture partner Transworld Exploration, plus Foster Wheeler Power Systems, Starchem Technologies International and Waller Marine will jointly develop a US$700 million fuel-grade methanol plant: output 12,000-15,000 tonnes a day.
