ANOTHER building block in the long process of creating a viable functioning Palestinian state has been laid, with the launch of a state-of-the-art web-based customs control system for territories under Palestinian Authority control. The ASYCUDA WORLD system is now operational in the West Bank after years of efforts to install its administration.
