PAKISTAN’S PUNJAB PROVICE TO HAVE FIRST GARMENT CITY

Pakistan’s Punjab province government is set to establish its first ‘plug and play’ garment city with an estimated cost of Pakistan Rupees PKR3 billion (USD10.78 million) in the industrial zone of Sheikhupura, 38 kilometres north-west of Lahore. All facilities and infrastructure needed by clothing manufacturers will be provided.
