BY MONICA DOBIEAN ONTARIO Superior Court judge has refused to throw out an attempt to launch a class-action case against Imperial Tobacco Canada, who are being targeted for manufacturing cigarettes that are allegedly not fire-safe when the company could have made them so.The plaintiffs are the family of three young people who were killed in an alleged smoking-related house fire in 1998.
