BY KEITH NUTHALLEUROPEAN Union (EU) anti-fraud agency OLAF took part in police raids on the European Parliament and the European Commission, in an inquiry into an alleged EU buildings tendering scandal. One European Commission official and a European Parliament MEP's assistant, both Italian, were arrested in Brussels, and an Italian estate agent was arrested in the city suburbs.
