BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Union's anti-fraud unit OLAF has said it took part in preliminary investigations leading to the raids on Imperial Tobacco's German subsidiary Reemtsma, which uncovered evidence involving allegations of cigarette smuggling.
