IF you are a biofuel manufacturer, you could be forgiven for being frustrated with the complexity of the market in Europe. While the Commission has asked the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) to develop detailed optional technical standards for biofuel manufacture - going further than its existing EN 14214 biodiesel standard, markets remain complex and consumers unpredictable.
