OCH-ZIFF TO PAY SEC USD412 MILLION UNDER DPA

In one of the biggest enforcement actions ever resolved by the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice (DoJ), hedge fund managers Och-Ziff Capital Management is to pay out USD412 million for criminal and civil violations.
