OBAMA STARTS TO ENGAGE ON CAP-AND-TRADE

THE WHITE House has started to become involved in US Congressional debates to pass a cap-and-trade bill, which is critical for transforming the informal Copenhagen climate change deal into formal agreement. President Barack Obama has hosted a meeting with Democrat and Republican senators, plus cabinet officials, to discuss a potential compromise law.
