NOVEL FOODS REGULATION WILL BOOST INNOVATION IN PROCESSED MEAT, SAY EXPERTS

THE EUROPEAN Union’s (EU) revised novel food regulation (EU) 2015/2283, which will enter into force from January 1, 2018, will increase innovation in the meat sector, according to industry experts.
