NORWAY – SALMON DUTIES

THE EU Council of Ministers has exempted three Norwegian companies from the EU anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed on farmed Norway salmon, agreeing that they are new exporters untainted by dumping. They are Vestmar, Gaia Seafood and Polar Quality. Meanwhile, Timar Seafood has been saddled with the duties; it had formally been exempted.
