NOCIBE CHARTERHOUSE DEAL – EUROPEAN COMMISSION COMPETITION APPROVAL

THE EUROPEAN Commission has cleared the acquisition of sole control of the luxury perfumes, beauty products and cosmetics company, the Nocibé Group, of France, by British equity and fund management company Charterhouse Capital Limited. Brussels concluded the deal would not cause competition problems, fast-tracking its approval without imposing any conditions.
