NINE XINJIANG AIRPORT EXPANSION AND NEW BUILD PROJECTS TO END THIS YEAR

NORTH-WEST China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has announced that the construction of nine new or revamped airports will start or be completed in 2017. Zhang Chunlin, director of Xinjiang’s reform and development commission, said that these projects included two new airports in Shache and Ruoqiang counties, which would be completed and commence operations this year.
