A European research project is seeking to overcome hurdles to the development of new generation of supercapacitors (SC) for fast-charging, structural energy storages for the automotive industry, as well as aviation services. The PRINTCAP project was launched in July and will last until 2025, with an anticipated budget of EUR200 million (USD199 million), from public and private sources.
