NESTLÉ WINES TRADEMARK BATTLE AGAINST FRANCE’S QUICK

NESTLÉ has persuaded the European Court of Justice (ECJ) to allow another hearing for its bid to stop French food company Quick from registering the brand Quickies in France and Belgium for food including snack bars, cakes and biscuits. Nestlé claims potential confusion with its Quicky brand, used for confectionary and sweet bakery products.
