BY MONICA DOBIENATIVE Canadians are reaping the healthiest rewards from oil exploitation on their ancestral lands since the boom years of the early 1980's, with last year, CDN$296 million being collected by various tribes.This flow of money is supervised by Indian Oil and Gas Canada, a regulatory body affiliated with the federal Ministry of Indian Affairs.
