BY KEITH NUTHALLDETAILS of the scheme to privatise and re-equip Montenegro's aluminium producer Kombinat Aluminijuma Podgorica (KAP) have been revealed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which has plans to support the idea with a Euro 3 million loan. This would be paid to KAP and the Montenegrin government, notably to hire a privatisation advisor who would determine what strategic investor interest there was in the company and identify the best strategy to sell it off.
