BY MONICA DOBIEAMERICA'S microbrewers sold 7% more beer in 2004 versus 2003, making so-called 'craft' beer the fastest growing segment of the US beverage alcohol industry, according to the Brewers Association, (NOTE - NO APOSTRAPHE) the Boulder, Colorado, based trade association for this sector.
