BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE MEMBER states of the Mercosur trade bloc in South America have agreed to harmonise their authorisation and registration procedures for cosmetic, perfume and personal hygiene products companies. The aim of Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay is to remove restrictions preventing their trade in these products.
