MENGNIU, MODERN DENY CHINA DAIRY ACQUISITION RUMOURS

BY WANG FANGQING, IN SHANGHAI China's leading dairy products manufacturer Mengniu has denied rumours it is set on acquiring Modern Farming, a major domestic raw milk supplier based in the eastern Anhui province whose major shareholders include global investment company KKR&Co.
