MALAYSIAN HR DEPARTMENTS TO FACE MORE EMPLOYEES BEYOND RETIREMENT AGE

A recent survey conducted by University of Malaya’s Social Security Research Centre (SSRC) has pointed to a growing number of Malaysians wishing to work as long as their health permits, despite having savings or investments. Close to half of the respondents aged 60 and above continue to work, most of them feeling their savings are insufficient, said a report released in October.
