SMALL and medium enterprises (SMEs) who make up 97% of all businesses in Malaysia (according to Govt data) are facing increasing growing pains - in terms of attracting and retaining talents due to digitalisation, experts say.
Nearly 63% of CEOs in Asia (including Malaysia) cited ‘critical skills shortage’ as one of the top people challenges their companies were facing, Prashant Chadha, US – based HR consultancy Aon Hewitt managing director for Malaysia & Brunei told People Management - quoting from Aon Best Employers 2016 study.
