MAJOR TASK FORCE TO FILL SECURITY BREACHES IDENTIFIED BY UKRAINE DISASTER

A HIGH level international task force will consider ways of preventing a recurrence of the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 tragedy, where a plane was shot down in airspace declared safe by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine. It said that civil airliners could fly 32,000 feet above the conflict zone in eastern Ukraine.
