BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is helping to fund the construction of a 150 kilometre 400 kV transmission power line that will link the electricity grids of neighbouring Balkan countries Bulgaria and Macedonia.
