LAOS AIRPORT GETS UPGRADE WITH THAI HELP

BY MICHAEL MACKEY LAOS' Pakse Airport has been upgraded following a low-interest loan of Thai Baht THB 320 million (US dollars USD10.6 million) from Thailand's Neighbouring Countries Economic Development Cooperation Agency (NEDA).
