KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Investment Bank is considering plans to lend up to Euro 135 million to Italy's La Rinascente SpA retail group, to help it build and operate one shopping centre in the Campania region, (surrounding Naples), and four new hypermarkets, (two in Campania and two in Sicily).
