KUWAIT PICKS SOUTH KOREA’S INCHEON AS OPERATOR FOR NEW AIRPORT TERMINAL

THE KUWAIT Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) has chosen South Korea’s Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) to operate, manage, maintain and develop the new terminal four (T4) at Kuwait International Airport. IIAC won a tender, which – said the DGCA – means the IIAC would start operations within 90 days of signing the contract. It will be tasked with completing preparations to open the 14-gate T4 over three months, including test operations, running and maintaining the terminal until 2023, which will be served by Kuwait Airways ...
