KIRIN TO LAUNCH SOFT DRINKS COMPANY

Shinshu Beverage has been established as a 100% subsidiary of Kirin Holdings. Under the deal, an existing subsidiary named Nagano Tomato Co. will be split into two firms. One part of that organisation will become Shinshu Beverage, remain part of the Kirin group and produce soft drinks.
