A POWERFUL disused radioactive source left in a small unguarded bunker at the Ivory Coast's University of Cocody (in the capital Abidjan) has been has been secured by the International Atomic Energy Agency, specialists from France and the host country. The sealed caesium-137 source has been removed to France, from which had donated in 1969 for food preservation studies.
