SOUTH AFRICA MULLS REMOVING OVERSEAS WORK TAX EXEMPTION   The South African National Treasury and the South African Revenue Service (SARS) have proposed a 2017 Draft Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill that would remove a tax exemption for South African residents working overseas for more than 183 days (at least 60 days continuously).
