INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT BAR

BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE STATES Parties of the International Criminal Court (ICC) - the institution's decision-making body - has debated recognising an International Criminal Bar as an official advisory body for maintaining a list of available defence counsel. This global bar was established at a Montreal conference in June 2002 and has since been adopting its own constitution and organisation.
