BY KEITH NUTHALLAN INDIAN producer of stainless steel wire is facing the reimposition of 55.6 per cent European Union anti-dumping duties, after it failed to cooperate with an investigation it had instigated, aimed at avoiding the tariff. Ltd had requested and received a new exporter review from the European Commission, where it claimed that it had nothing to do with the dumping that had led to the imposition of duties in 1999.
