BY KEITH NUTHALL THE INTERNATIONAL Energy Agency (IEA) has warned that demand for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles may not reach the critical mass required for a dramatic switch-over to the technology. In such an instance, the Paris-based think tank predicts that other low carbon technologies such as biofuels might gain ground over traditional petrol and diesel automobiles.
