ICC INTERNAL FRAUD

BY KEITH NUTHALLTHE INTERNATIONAL Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has advised companies to implement stricter internal controls following the recent publication of the Ernst & Young and KPMG studies indicating that staff fraud grew substantially in 2002.
