ICAO WELCOMES AGREEMENT OF GLOBAL AIR NAVIGATION REFORM BLUEPRINT

BY KEITH NUTHALL, IN MONTRÉAL A GLOBAL seal of approval has been given to a proposed blueprint upgrading the world's air traffic control systems, looking ahead to the year 2028 and beyond. Backing was given to the latest version of the Global Air Navigation Plan drafted by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) at its 12th Air Navigation Conference, in Montréal, Canada, from November 19 to 30.
