ICAO GLOBAL EMISSIONS SYSTEM DEAL MAY PREVENT RESURRECTION OF ETS

A GLOBAL market-based system controlling civil aviation greenhouse gas emissions will be developed by 2016, the ruling assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) has agreed.
