A SERIES of papers about boosting safety in aerodromes have been released by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO). They were first published at a joint ICAO-Airports Council International workshop on the certification of aerodromes, held at Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They include notes on safety management, regulation and certification procedures.
