These would implement a science-based approach to meat inspection, which Brussels said would protect the consumer from all main hazards linked to the consumption of meat.The new regulations, it said, would bring the "farm to fork" concept into the meat inspection system, insisting on a continuous flow of information between primary production and slaughterhouses. ...
