Keith NuthallEUROPEAN Union energy Commissioner Philippe Busquin has announced that his European Commission directorate-general establish a so-called High Level Group on hydrogen. This group of experts will be tasked with drawing up a strategy to boost the development and use of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, especially for cars.
