HEALTH WARNINGS

A CANCER Research UK survey, conducted for the European Commission in seven European countries, has concluded that simple health warnings on cigarette packets are no longer effective, with many smokers ignoring government messages that have been on cigarette packages for many years. The report was released at the recent 12th World Conference on Tobacco or Health in Finland. (NOTE: IT IS "OR HEALTH")
