HAIR SPRAY THREAT TO PREGNANT WOMEN EXPOSED BY SCIENTISTS

WOMEN hair stylists exposed to hairspray in the first trimester of pregnancy, more than double the risk of having a son with the genital birth defect hypospadias claim studies from the Imperial College London, University College Cork and the Centre for Research in Environmental Epidemiology, Barcelona. The study says phthalates in sprays cause the problems by disrupting hormonal systems.
