BY ALAN OSBORNA DUTCH company has won a European Business Award for the Environment for developing a green car insurance policy that it claims will help the environment, prolong the life of cars and reduce insurance premiums by five to 10 per cent. The company, Achmea Schadeservice, says that it is looking at international application of the scheme following a successful local introduction.
