THE EUROPEAN Commission is threatening Greece with legal action at the European Court of Justice (ECJ) over alleged infringements of European Union public procurement rules for a contract issued by the Company for Water Supply and Drainage of Athens. Brussels alleges irregularities in the tendering process for work on main drainage collectors of the 'west part of the Thriassion field'.
