German steel federation, WV Stahl, has expressed deep concern over the potential extra costs that will be placed on the country's steel industry by the EU's revised emissions trading system (ETS).On Friday morning, EU heads of state agreed to support energy-intensive industries in Europe by extending the free allocation of emission certificates beyond 2020.
