GENERIC-ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PHARMA PATENT SETTLEMENTS FALL IN EUROPE BETWEEN 2012 AND 2013

A EUROPEAN Commission report has indicated a fall in patent settlements between researching pharma companies and generic manufacturers in 2013, with 146 such deals struck in the European Economic Area (EEA) that year.
