Quite a few years back, before the economy turned down, we had more interpersonal relationships. Now they come by less because everyone is cutting back. They don't have the time. Sales reps aren't coming as much, but they're a little more aggressive in their selling. When I started in retail 20 years ago, reps would come by every week. I don't have time for that now. If I had 15 vendors in here every week, I wouldn't have time to get anything else done.
