KEITH NUTHALLTHE EUROPEAN Commission is preparing to launch a large study into the future development of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. Brussels wants an assessment of the most promising key technologies that could be widely marketed within less than 15 years. It also wants researchers examine the potential deployment of these inventions and the build-up of necessary infrastructure and services.
