BY MONICA DOBIE, in Montreal, CanadaFREDERICTON airport in New Brunswick, Canada has announced that it will undergo a CAN$2 million expansion and renovation project.The 6,000 feet runway will be enlarged to 8,000 feet, enabling it to become an international airport, with larger passenger planes use the facility from the United States.An interior facelift is also part of the project, which will see a designated area for customs and immigration and extra arrival space to accommodate passengers from 100 passenger aircraft comfortably.Currently, US traffic uses ...
